Our 1-Day Programs are developed to provide basic technical and physical soccer skills while also enhancing the players love for the game of soccer for players between the ages of 2 and 12 years old. Unlike a traditional Recreational League/Program, Junior Academy is just 1 hour, once a week for 5 weeks.
The Junior Academy Program is designed for first time players or players that want to gain more skills and confidence before advancing into a Recreational Soccer Program.

- Training shirt provided for NEW players
- All Cycles are Coed
- All sessions are led by qualified and certified Coaches
While this is not a traditional recreational soccer program with full games every week, our program does provide game like events so we would recommend the following equipment for each player...
- Cleats or turf shoes
- Shin guards (optional, but recommended)
- Size appropriate ball
- Water bottle

Cycle 1 - Age Group details:
2-3 Year Old group - players that have birth years between 9/08/2020 to 10/06/2022
4-6 Year Old group - players that have birth dates between 9/07/2020 and 9/8/2017
7-8 Year Old group - players that have birth dates between 9/07/2017 and 9/8/2015
9-10 Year Old group - players that have birth dates between 9/07/2015 and 9/8/2013
11-12 Year Old group - players that have birth dates between 9/07/2013 and 9/8/2011
Cycle 2 - Age Group details:
2-3 Year Old group - players that have birth years between 10/20/2020 to 10/20/2022
4-6 Year Old group - players that have birth dates between 10/19/2020 and 10/20/2017
7-8 Year Old group - players that have birth dates between 10/19/2017 and 10/20/2015
9-10 Year Old group - players that have birth dates between 10/19/2015 and 10/20/2013
11-12 Year Old group - players that have birth dates between 10/19/2013 and 10/20/2011
Training Days and Times:
Sundays - at Bunten Park in Duluth
Sessions will start between 11am and 3pm, based on the class sizes.
